Malignant nodular hidradenoma is a rare aggressive malignant tumor of the eccrine sweat glands. Approximately 50 cases had been documented up to the year 2004 in the English literature, and most cases have been reported in the pathology literature with only limited clinical and radiological information (1). We present here the radiological findings of a malignant nodular hidradenoma of the upper arm in a 71-year-old woman. Case Report
